NIN-Sim issue: How do I know if my SIM card is blocked?

You can easily determine if your SIM card is blocked by doing the following.

1. Sim are blocked when you can’t make call.
2. If you can receive call but you can’t make call it means your sim has been blocked over Nin issue.

Note that you can receive call when your SIM card is blocked. Telecom like mtn, glo, airtel, etc have all started blocking users and it’s good you know how to unblock your sim.
