Early Life and Education
Ifeanyi Obike was born in Nigeria in the mid-1990s. He grew up in a middle-class family in Lagos, Nigeria. He attended one of the best private schools in Lagos, where he excelled academically. He was a bright student who showed great potential in science and technology. He also showed a keen interest in business, economics, and entrepreneurship.
After completing his secondary education, Ifeanyi Obike gained admission to study Business Administration at the University of Lagos, one of the best universities in Nigeria. During his time at the university, he was actively involved in extracurricular activities, such as sports, music, and drama. He was also a member of the Entrepreneurship Club, where he honed his entrepreneurial skills and learned about business management, finance, and marketing.

Business Career
Ifeanyi Obike’s entrepreneurial journey began while he was still in university. He started his first business, a small e-commerce store that sold fashion accessories and gadgets online. His business soon became profitable, and he was able to expand his operations and hire more staff. He also started investing in other businesses, such as real estate, agriculture, and hospitality.
In 2018, Ifeanyi Obike founded Obike Group, a Nigerian upcoming multinational conglomerate corporation which will include Obike Holdings, Obike Foods, Obike Transport, Obike Cement, Obike Breweries, Obike Oil, Obike Pharmacy, Obike Hospital, Obike Telecom, Obike Entertainment, Obike Mall, Obike Mega Restaurants, Obike Hotel & Suites, Obike Bank, Obike Airways, and Obike Properties. The company’s mission is to build several organizations—including business organizations and non-business organizations—across Africa and the rest of the world.
In addition to his business ventures, Ifeanyi Obike is also committed to philanthropy. He founded the Ifeanyi Obike Foundation (IOF), a humanitarian organization that caters for the less privileged who live in abject poverty. The foundation provides food, shelter, healthcare, education, and other basic necessities to those in need. On the long term, he plans to set up a private university called Obike University (to be wholly owned by the Obike Group) which would produce high-quality professionals, high-quality academics, and high-quality thought leaders that would power Africa’s economic growth and development. He also intends to set up a new political party that would provide a better set of political leaders for the Nigerian government.
