In this post you will learn How to fix Verification Failed [This person is not active] error message when signing into Apple ID. We were presented with this problem in iPhone and we want to discuss it to our loyal readers to learn how to go about fixing issues of this type.
The case about Verification Failed [This person is not active] error message as presented by one of our readers:-
I made a new Apple ID yesterday, and now I have a notification from the settings app on my phone (iPhone 11, IOS 13.5.1) that says “Update Apple ID Settings [some account services requite you to sign in again].” I tried to sign in with the correct Apple ID and password, but it gives me an error message saying “Verification Failed [This person is not active].” I’ve also tried to sign in on my laptop (2013 macbook air, Mojave V10.4.6) and from the Apple ID website and got the same message.
I’m certain that I haven’t deactivated my account or done anything fiddly with the settings, I just set it up and woke up to it broken. I can’t find anything online.
