To use google hum to search song new feature, you only have to open the latest version of the Google app or find the Google Search widget. Tap on the mic icon and say “what’s this song?” or click the “Search a song” button. Then start humming for 10 to 15 seconds. On Google Assistant, say, “Hey Google, what’s this song?” and then hum the tune. Perfect pitch is not needed.

Google hum to find song is on android and iOS apps. This does not work on browser currently. To find a song by humming you need to download the app to your phone. The app must be latest updated version if you want it to work. Once you have the updated version tap on the mic icon and start humming some line of tunes you know in from the song you are looking for.
