How to check NECO result 2023

The National Examination Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2023 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE). 

According to report, 61.60% of candidates scored five credits, including English and Mathematics this year. This is a decline from the previous year, when 63.19% of candidates scored five credits.

1. Visit the NECO result-checking portal at https://results.neco.gov.ng/.
2. Select your examination year (2023) and examination type (SSCE Internal, SSCE External, BECE, NCEE, or GIFTED).
3. Enter your NECO Result Checking Token and your registration number.
4. Click on the “Check My Result” button.
5. Your NECO result will be displayed on the screen. You can print or download your result for future reference.

How to buy NECO Result Checking Token

To buy a NECO Result Checking Token, you can visit any NECO office, NECO portal, or authorized online dealer. You will need to provide your exam registration number and a small fee to get the token.

You can also buy a NECO Result Checking Token online using the following steps:

1. Visit the NECO Scratch card and Token portal at www.neco.gov.ng.
2. Click on the “Buy Token” button.
3. Select the type of token you want to buy (SSCE Internal, SSCE External, BECE, NCEE, or GIFTED).
4. Enter your exam registration number and email address.
5. Click on the “Pay Now” button.
6. Make a payment of N1,500 using your preferred payment method.You will receive your NECO Result Checking Token in your email address.
