Facebook plans to Let Artists Charge for Livestream Access. In a new announcement Daily4mative learned that artists will soon be able to charge for livestream access wherein artists get paid. Pitchfork said Facebook will let artists charge for entry to concert livestreams including allowing co-hosts to join a stream, and the integration of livestreams into online-only event pages.
Facebook new  plans comes handy at a time of this recent upsurge of coronavirus pandemic. It cuts across other areas including events such as classes and conferences which according to the facebook team will also be able to collect payment.
