Afiz Ogun Oluwatoyin is a Nigerian public servant and the current Director General/CEO of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF). He was appointed by President Bola Tinubu on October 13, 2023, to replace Sir Joseph Ari, whose tenure had expired.

Afiz Ogun Oluwatoyin was born and raised in Lagos State, Nigeria. He attended the University of Lagos, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos Business School.

Oluwatoyin began his career in the human resources department of a multinational oil company. He later worked as a consultant for a number of years, providing human resources and management consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.
In 2015, Oluwatoyin was appointed as a Technical Adviser to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs to promote industrial development and job creation in Nigeria.
